These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk399 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the website at pk399.club and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through that domain.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise interacting with the pk399 platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

pk399 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, or with any amendment made to them, your sole recourse is to stop using the pk399 platform and to request account closure by contacting support@pk399.club.

To be eligible to use the pk399 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. pk399 strictly prohibits participation by persons under 18, and age verification may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle;
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Single account: You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended account on pk399;
• Own funds: You are depositing and wagering with funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. pk399 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts;
• Not self-excluded: You have not applied for self-exclusion on pk399 or any other gambling platform in a manner that would preclude you from registering a new account;
• Not a problem gambler: You are not currently seeking treatment for gambling addiction, and you are not aware that your gambling behaviour represents a risk to your financial wellbeing or personal welfare.

pk399 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Players who are requested to complete verification must respond within 30 days. Failure to provide the requested documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending completion of verification.

Where pk399 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria listed above — whether identified through internal review, third-party data services, or player self-disclosure — the platform may suspend or close the account without prior notice and act in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards.

To access the full range of pk399 services — including deposits, withdrawals, game participation, and bonus eligibility — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and is open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile phone number, and the payment method you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. You must not use false, fictitious, or borrowed identity details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pk399 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. You agree to notify pk399 immediately at support@pk399.club if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pk399 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may involve providing one or more of the following:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account registered to the same mobile number);
• Source of funds documentation for high-value accounts, as determined at pk399's discretion.

Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held in a pending state until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved. pk399 targets a verification review time of five business days from receipt of complete documentation, though this may be extended in periods of high demand. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

pk399 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only accepted payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by pk399, though individual mobile financial service providers may impose their own daily transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your pk399 wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. Where a deposit has not appeared within 15 minutes, you should contact support@pk399.club with your transaction reference number and mobile number. pk399 will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the deposit manually within two business hours.

You may only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered to family members, friends, or colleagues — are prohibited. pk399 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be confirmed as originating from an account in the player's own name, and to flag such deposits for compliance review.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being approved; the actual receipt time depends on the mobile financial service provider.

pk399 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may apply their own service fees to incoming transfers; these are outside pk399's control. Players are advised to check the applicable MFS fee schedule before submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in any of the following circumstances:

• Account verification has not been completed or documentation is pending review;
• The withdrawal request triggers an internal risk or compliance review;
• The player has an active bonus attached to the account with outstanding wagering requirements;
• The account has been flagged for unusual activity, including suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse;
• The player has a pending responsible gaming request (such as a self-exclusion initiation) that must be resolved first.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an erroneous credit to your account, pk399 reserves the right to recover the amount of the error regardless of whether the funds have been partially or fully wagered. You agree not to knowingly exploit such errors and to report them to support promptly upon discovery.

pk399 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These include, but are not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments featuring the Bangladesh Tigers.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time of its availability. These specific terms will include, at minimum:

• The wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount — and, where applicable, the deposit amount — must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed);
• The minimum deposit required to trigger the bonus;
• The time period within which wagering requirements must be met;
• The game categories or specific titles that contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment, and at what percentage rate;
• Any maximum bet restriction that applies while a bonus is active on your account;
• Any maximum withdrawal limit associated with winnings derived from the bonus.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by legitimate players and may not be used as part of a systematic strategy to extract guaranteed value from the platform ("bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"). pk399 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, whether individually or in coordination with other players.

Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash. pk399 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a player's account and actively in use.

Wagering with bonus funds on live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and teen patti via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — may be excluded or restricted depending on the specific promotion terms. Players should review the applicable terms before directing wagering activity to live casino tables while a bonus is active.

pk399 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Game outcomes in RNG (Random Number Generator) slots and table games are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by human dealers in real time. Neither pk399 nor its game providers manipulate outcomes to the detriment of players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk399 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different identity details;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats;
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against deposits;
• Money laundering: Using pk399 as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to arbitrage strategies, deliberate low-risk wagering patterns, and coordinated multi-account bonus extraction;
• Technical exploitation: Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary players through the standard browser interface;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or dispute with a mobile financial service provider in respect of a deposit that was made voluntarily and credited correctly to your pk399 account.

Where pk399 identifies, or reasonably suspects, any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately, void all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings, withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant compliance bodies where required by law. pk399's determination in such matters is final.

pk399 may suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• The player has requested account closure or self-exclusion;
• pk399 is required to close the account under applicable legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations;
• The player's account shows no activity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months;
• pk399 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

A player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@pk399.club. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to all applicable verification and withdrawal requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will not be paid out.

For self-exclusion requests — where a player wishes to close their account due to a gambling-related concern — pk399 will process the request as a priority. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account cannot be reopened, and pk399 will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of a new account by the same individual. Self-exclusion periods have a minimum duration of six months.

Inactive accounts that have been closed due to inactivity will have any remaining balance held for a period of five years from the date of last activity, after which unclaimed balances may be treated as dormant funds in accordance with pk399's internal policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk399 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to a technical fault, system downtime, connectivity interruption, or force majeure event;
• Loss arising from your reliance on any information, data, or content published on the pk399 website;
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

pk399's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk399 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. During any period of unavailability, bets that have already been placed and confirmed will be honoured upon restoration of service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the principles of applicable law. pk399's customer support team will make every effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support channel, the player may request escalation to a senior review process by emailing support@pk399.club with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pk399 will acknowledge escalated complaints within two business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
